The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, the Manic Panic Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States only. Purchases will be shipped via UPS. A physical address must be provided for shipping. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER PACKAGES TO PO BOXES. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping insurance is included on all orders, and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide. Tracking numbers can be entered in at www.ups.com for the status report of your package.


  • Sales Tax
  • A local sales tax rate of 9.75% will be added on to all orders placed in/shipped to the state of California.


  • Return Policy

  • Please feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have about an item before making your purchase to help avoid any uneccessary returns or exchanges.

    Clothing and accessories purchased online through the Manic Panic Boutique may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. In other words, when shipping an item back to us, it must be postmarked by the 10th day from the date UPS delivered the package to you in order to be elegible for a full refund or exchange. Exact delivery date may be confirmed using the UPS tracking number for the package at www.ups.com. The item must also be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you with all original tags attached.

    We will not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for your own shipping costs both ways.

    Please include a letter of explanation (i.e. "does not fit") and order number, name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. You will be refunded the proper amount and notified via e-mail.

    Sale and closeout items may be exhanged but are not eligible for any refund. In the case you would like to make an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping charge for the new item to be sent to you. This will be charged to the original credit card used for the purchase unless otherwise specified by you. Manic Panic reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
